These leggings took exactly 16 days to arrive to New York. They are really nice, smooth, and silky. I would say these leggings are more on the silky side than cotton. They hug my legs and butt really well. The bottom of the leggings do not reach down towards my ankles but besides that there are no flaws. I love these leggings. There is also a little pocket at the back to store things. My measurements are: Waist: 25 in/63.5 cm, Hips: 35 in/69 cm, and I am 5’2. I would definitely recommended getting these.
